Drip irrigation pipe plant for round & flat dripper

Rajoo offers cutting-edge drip irrigation extrusion systems designed for the production of round and flat dripper pipes. These systems feature a servo-driven dripper insertion device for pipe outer diameters (OD) ranging from 12mm to 20mm, with a maximum output of 300 kg/h and a maximum line speed of 150 m/min. The Dripex Drip Irrigation Pipe Plant extruders are equipped with direct-coupled motors, manual or hydraulic screen changers, and two stainless steel vacuum sizing tanks. The cooling system further enhances the durability of the pipes, providing high performance even under demanding agricultural conditions.

A 3-axis mechanical adjustment system with lateral position control allows for quick, precise positioning, ensuring accuracy during production. • Continuous Inserting: Drippers are inserted continuously, with the insertion wheel’s rotational speed synchronized to the pipe’s speed and the desired dripper spacing.
• Intermittent Inserting: Drippers are inserted one at a time, with the inserting belts stopping after each dripper. This mode is ideal for producing coils with grouped drippers or varying spacing dimensions.

The system includes a lightweight, mechanically controlled dancer assembly that maintains tension in the pipe between the haul-off unit and the winder. The winder is equipped with an automatic length counter, splice push button, and can handle coils with a maximum diameter of 750mm.
